Wholesale HQ is a wholesale sourcing and fulfilment platform for retailers, online sellers and growing businesses. Order eligible wholesale products in smaller quantities, test customer demand and reorder the lines that work for you.
No minimum order quantity applies to eligible products. Single-unit ordering is available across many lines. Custom food packaging and some bespoke projects have their own minimum quantities and lead times, shown on the product or quotation.
What does no MOQ mean for your business?
On eligible lines, you can order one unit instead of committing to a bulk purchase. Check the product listing for the pack size, available options, price and any order requirements before adding it to your basket.

Wholesale sourcing and direct-to-customer fulfilment
Shop for your own stock or use WHQ for eligible fulfilment orders. Where available, WHQ can pick, pack and send an order to your end customer's nominated delivery address. Check product suitability and delivery costs before offering an item to your customers.
Ordering a sample can help you assess the product, packaging and delivery experience before adding it to your range. Smaller orders reduce stock exposure; they do not guarantee sales or profit.
How to place your first order
- Browse the wholesale catalogue and choose a product that fits your audience.
- Check the product details, pack quantity and available options.
- Use the Delivery Finder to review destination and weight-based delivery rates.
- Add your chosen items to the basket and confirm the delivery address, shipping options and total at checkout.
Delivery times
- Standard products, including lingerie and swimwear: estimated delivery in 10–14 business days.
- Adult (18+) toys & experiences: estimated delivery in up to 7 business days.
- Custom food packaging and bespoke projects: refer to the product or quotation for the applicable lead time.
Business days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays. Delivery times vary by destination. Available services and charges depend on your order and checkout options.
